1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including:

2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways. We do not store any credit card or payment details on our servers.
3. When will I be charged?
Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
4. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If your order has not entered production, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Custom orders cannot be refunded once processing begins.
5. Do you offer installments or partial payment?
Currently, we do not offer installment plans. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
6. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You’ll receive a notification and can retry the payment using a different method.
